Skeletal Phenotyping Service

We welcome collaborations with outside investigators interested in having their mouse model characterized using our bone phenotyping pipeline. The data generated for you by this service will be confidentially maintained until you publish your work or give us approval to report this information on bonebase. It is our goal to develop a publicly shared database of skeletal phenotyping data of different genetically modified mouse models that can serve as a valuable resource to the community. Tissue Dissection Service

With the maintenance of several KOMP/IMPC mouse knockout lines in our barrier facility, it may be desirable for an investigator to obtain tissue samples from one or more mouse KO lines. Investigators interested in obtaining tissue from one of the mouse lines can contact us so we can discuss your needs and arrange tissue transport.
