Yueying Zhou received her BS in 2008 from Xiangya Medical School Central South University. She continued her education as a master’s student receiving her MS degree in orthodontic medicine in 2011.  Yueying then entered a PhD program in Otolaryngology and graduated with her doctorate from Xiangya Medical School Central South University in 2015. She then worked as an attending doctor for four years at Xiangya Stomatological Hospital. She recently came to UConn Health in 2019 as a visiting scientist and currently is working as a postdoctoral fellow under the mentorship of Dr. David Rowe.
